  Good afternoon, distinguished judges. I’m Geng rongrong from Xiao Xian High School. Standing here I am very happy and excited .It’s my honor to be here to present my lesson. Today I will talt BOOnit 1 Women of achievement.  part1 warming up and reading
  I’m ready to begin this lesson from the following five parts.
  1. Analysis of teaching materials.
  2. Teaching and learning methods
  3.Teaching procedures.
  4. Blackboard layout.
  5.Teaching evaluation
  I. Analysis of the teaching material
  Well ,firstly ,I will talt part 1, analysis of the teaching material.
  1). Analysis of the teaching content
  The topic of this unit is women of great achievements. This period plays a very important role in the learning of this unit. It will help the students to know more great women in the world and how to describe people. It will be helpful for them to learn the rest of this unit.
  2)Teaching aims
  1.Knowledge aim
  To get the Ss to learn something about Jane’s  research and her achivements.
  2.Ability aims
  Develop students’ reading skills by extensive reading and enable them to learn how to use different reading skills to read different reading materials.
  3.Emotional aims
  • To learn Jane Goodall’s  bravery and perseverance in achieving her goals.
  • To reinforce the sense of wildlife protection.
  3)Teaching key points   
  1. Get the Ss to know more about Jane’s research and her achievements.
  2. Develop students’ reading skills by extensive reading.
  4).Teaching difficult points
  1.How to get the students to grasp the main idea and the key words of each paragraph as quickly as possible.
  2. Enable the Ss learn to describe a person by using some key words and phrases.
  5).Analysis of the students
  Next I will talt Analysis of the students.
  Senior High School students, most of the students have got  basic abilities of listening, reading, writing and speaking. They still need many
