教学准备
1. 教学目标
(1)熟练掌握下列词汇:
newspaper, use, soup, wash, movie, just
(2)熟练掌握下列短语:
talk on the phone, go to the movies, map, read a newspaper,
use the computer, wash clothes, eat out do homework, watch TV
(3)掌握下列句型:
—What are you doing? —I\'m watching TV.
—What\'s he doing? —He\'s using the computer.
—What are they doing? —They\'re listening to a CD
2. 教学重点/难点
重点:
1) 词汇、词组搭配和现在进行时的用法。能用现在进行时的各种形式进行准确的描述和表达正在发生的动作。
2) 能掌握现在进行时态及一些表示具体动作的词组搭配,如: doing homeworsing the computer, watching TV, eating dinner… 等
难点:
现在进行时中现在分词的结构及读音,能在交际中准确地运用现在进行时来描述或表达正在进行的动作。

二. 情景导入

(2) Help Ss to understand the key sentences
图片教学法是呈现新知识最简单有效的方法之一,学生通过图片,能更加直观的理解新单词的含义。
三.合作探究

Match the words with the activities.
通过1a的练习,使学生进一步学会运用新单词。和学生一起谈论图片,目的在于引导学生学会使用现在进行时的基本句型。
2. Work on 1b
在听对话的过程中抓住关键词汇,由于前面已做了一些训练,因此学生听起来比较容易,让他们都有一次成功的喜悦和感受,这样可以增强他们的学习自信心。
3. Drill
第一轮应提问成绩较好的学生,第二轮提问成绩较差的学生,使不同层次学生初步掌握目标语言。
