2. To respond to questions about daily life.
Teaching methods:
1. Free talk.
2. Listening, reading, saying, practicing.
3. Teaching with pictures and by multimedia.
4. Work in pairs.

1. Words and phrases study.

Teaching procedure:
Step 1.Revision
Make the students revise the dialogue:
Please talt what activities Tommy likes to do.
Ask the students to read and act the dialogue.
Step2. Presentation
personal pronouns (subject form)
We can use personal pronouns to replace nouns for people/things. Then we do not need to repeat the nouns. We use the subjects from when the noun we are replacing is the subject.

To choose the correct form of the verb ‘to do ’ when given the personal pronoun (subject form)
To use verb and noun collocations to talt activities

Teaching procedure:
Step1. Revision
1. Give the students some blanks to fill in.
Step2. Presentation
A A school trip
The Class1, Grade 7 students will go on a school trip. Read Mr Wu’s note to Mille and look at the posters.
Step3. Practice
Millie wants to give the information to Mr Wu. Help her complete the first four columns of the table below.
Listen to the radio programme and fill in the information about the opening hours in Part A2 on page 28.
Millie and her classmates now know where they want to go. Help Millie use the information in Part A2 to complete her note to Mr Wu.
