  Unit5  Go With Transportation!
  This unit presents stories and factual information about transportation. It reviews words and phrases for transportation that students learned before. It extends their vocabulary,idiom and everyday English phrases. Through the unit projects,encourage your students to find and restate information in personal and imaginative ways.
  Expressions:
  on foot,take a train/ boat/ plane, a type of,put…together, steam engine, iron rails, thousands of, get in/on/ off, at a top speed of, turn over and over, , in a hurry, North America, take a drive, go out of, think of, make…into, all the time, go though, present…to, sound like, go well, as long as
  Structures:
  Can/ Could I/ You…?   Certainly/ Sure/ Of course!   No parking! 
  You’re better not….   We’re in a hurry.  
  It takes eleven hours to fly from Canada to China.
  Grammar:
  1. Giving Advice/ Order
  You’d better… / You should… / Don’t push / run. /Please be quite.
  2. Possibility and Impossibility
  It can be helpful to you.
  He couldn’t take a train from Canada to London.
  3. Modal Verbs:
  can, could, would, should, may, must, might
  Lesson33  How can you go?
  Step1
  Ask some students some questions:
  1. Do you like traveling? How do you travel around in our city?
  2. How do you go to school?
  3. What’s your favourite type of transportation?
  Look at the flash. They will take an active part in answering them.
  Step2
  Let the students not open their books and listen to the tape.
  Once again and answer some questions:
  1. What’s Danny’s favourite kind of transportation?
  2. What’s Jenny’s favourite transportation?
  These questions are very easy to answer. So the students can answer them quickly.
  Step3
  Open the book! Act out the dialogue in three.
