1. 教材分析
本单元以Amazing Animals为话题,以Jenny, Brian和Danny游玩动物园为线索。通过学习本单元,学生能够描述自己或自己想象中的宠物;讲述与宠物有关的趣事;写自己游玩动物园的经历;学习如何与动物交朋友、警告与提醒告示、愚人节、动物园的发展历史;体会动物与人类有着密切的关系。培养他们热爱动物的情感,并积极为保护动物、保护生态做贡献的意识。
1.1 Lesson 17 以对话的形式呈现Jenny, Brian 和Danny有关自己宠爱的动物的描述。要求学生通过阅读,能够描述自己的或想象中的宠物。
