　　Once upon a time, a king had a precious diamond (钻石). As he held it to the light, it was shinning. He felt it would suit the crown (皇冠).
　　One morning, the king awopon tat his precious treasure, he found, much to his astonishment, there was a single thin cracnning down its face.
　　The greatest jewelers were called in to look at the stone in the hope of fixing it, but nothing could be done—the crack ran so deeply down the face of the diamond that any effort to remove it would ruin the diamond.
　　Finally, one jeweler, a simple man from one of the neighboring villages, stepped forward, saying that he would save the diamond.
　　The ghed. The greatest jewelers in the world had seen the stone and considered it hopeless, how could a simple jeweler hope to do anything?
