　　Chinese Government Scholarship program for international students is established by the
　　Ministry of Education of China(MOE)aiming promote Chinese higher education brand on

　　When Huang Li her first class in African sociology at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in February, her professor asked her and her classmates what impresses them most when it comes to Africa.
