　　Our Courses
　　Regardless of your choice of course, you’ll develop your language ability both quickly and effectively.
　　Our Standard Course guarantees a significant increase in your confidence in a foreign language, with focused teaching in all 4 skill areas—speaking, listening, reading and writing.
　　Our Intensive Course builds on our Standard Course, with 10 additional lessons per weearanteeing the fastest possible language learning (see table below).

　　Evaluation
　　Students are placed into classes according to their current language skills. The majority of them take an online language test before starting their programme. However, if this is not available, students sit the exam on the first Monday of their course.
　　Learning materials are provided to students throughout their course, and there will never be more than 15 participants in each class.
　　Arrivals and Transfer
　　Our programme offers the full pacdents are taken good care of from the start through to the very end. They are collected from the airport upon arrival and brought to their accommodation in comfort. We require the student’s full flight details at least 4 weeks in advance.
　　Meals/Allergies(过敏)/Special Dietary Requirements
　　Students are provided with breakfast, dinner and either a cooked or pacnch (which consists of a sandwich, a drink and a dessert). Snactside of mealtimes may be purchased by the student individually.
　　We ask that you let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements as well as information about any medicines you take. Depending on the type of allergies and/or dietary requirements, an extra charge may be made for providing special food.

　　If Confucius(孔子) were still alive today and could celebrate his September 28 birthday with a big cake, there would be a lot of candles. He’d need a fan or a strong wind to help him put them out.
　　While many people in China will remember Confucius on his special day, few people in the United States will give him a passing thought. It’s nothing personal. Most Americans don’t even remember the birthdays of their own national heroes.
　　But this doesn’t mean that Americans don’t care about Confucius. In many ways he has become a bridge that foreigners must cross if they want to reach a deeper understanding of China.
　　In the past two decades, the Chinese studies programs have gained huge popularity in Western universities. More recently, the Chinese government has set up Confucius Institutes in more than 80 countries. These schools teach both Chinese language and culture. The main courses of Chinese culture usually include Chinese art, history and philosophy(哲学). Some social scientists suggest that Westerners should take advantage of the ancient Chinese wisdom to map for the drawbacks of Western philosophy. Students in the United States, at the same time, are racing to learn Chinese. So they will be ready for life in a world where China is an equal power with the United States. Businessmen who hope to make money in China are reading boot Confucius to understand their Chinese customers.
　　So the old thinker’s ideas are still alive and well.
