课后反思
1.一直认为课堂最应该注重实效,因此课堂的实效性是自己备课设计课的第一要素。课堂的美应来自负担不重、环节不很复杂的任务设计和质量不错的课堂效果。普通常见的课堂活动方式,虽不够创新,但合理的划分时间,轻松完成任务,把本来普通的事情做好就会不普通。因为实在,所以有效。
2.要培养学生良好的学习习惯,而且习惯的培养就应该放在平日的细节学习中。在平日的教学中应该管理有效组织学生参与课堂。良好学习习惯的展现在于平时课堂的培养,不是想包装就包装出来的。
3. 怎样让课堂即有实效又生动有趣。有时去听语文展示课,感觉大不相同,感慨很多。英语也是语言课,怎么经常身在其中却感不到课堂的美呢。因此也反思怎样结合英语的特点,将英语课上的更生动有趣。譬如说优美的配乐,精美的图片等等,值得反思和探索。只要课堂需要,利于学生发展,师生感觉很美,不生硬不做作,和课堂行为融为一体,就应对课堂进行有效的包装。
4. 课堂该升华处要升华。课堂目标不仅有知识目标,还有情感目标。应该把情感教学寓于到我们平日的教学中。
5.这是一节参评的录像课,也算是经过了精心的打磨。讲完后,感到还有很多遗憾,但是也思考如何把些好做法用到平时的教学中。如果再重新上这节课,我会借助现代先进教学理念,并结合自身学生的实际具体情况,加以完善和提高教学水平。
