  Teaching steps:
  Step1: Lead in (5 mins)
  T: Good morning, everybody, nice to see you. Ok my dear class, you know, we have classes in this classroom, loond, what’s in the classroom? Can you tell me?
  Ss: Blackboard, book, boy, girl, desdent, dictionary, picture, teacher…
  T: Can you see any computer/television/football?
  Ss: No, I can’t.
  T: Pretty good! Read after me.
  Step2: Listen and choose the correct picture (5 mins)
  T: Now, open your book on page14, look at the three pictures, there are three different classrooms. What can you see in picture1?
  Ss:
  T: What can you see in picture2?
  Ss:
  T: what can you see in picture3?
  Ss:
  T: Next, listen to the tape and find out which picture are they talking about.
  Ss: Listen to the tape.
  T: Which picture are they talking about? Why?
  Step3: Listen and read (10 mins)
  T: So, every class is different. Betty’s and Daming’s classes are different from our class. Let’s listen to a conversation and learn about what are they talking about their classes. (write this question on the blackboard).
  Ss: Listen to the tape.
  T: Who can tell me what are they talking about their classes?
  Ss:
  T: Now listen again and read after the tape, then fill the blanks on the blackboard.
  Ss: Listen again.
  T: How many students and desks in Betty’s class? How many students, boys, girls and desks in Daming’s class?
  Ss: 20, 22.   46, 25, 21, 48
  T: Ok, let’s read this passage. Group1and group2 act as Betty, group3 and group4 act as Daming.
  Ss: Read the passage in groups.
