学情分析:暑假刚刚过去,大部分学生旧知识可能会有较大的遗忘。所以学期第一节课就是要更大限度的调动学生的积极性,参与到学习过程中来;另外,知识量上不易安排过多内容,难度上也应控制在中等程度,以便取得较好学习效果,给学生以接下来挑战英语学习的希望和勇气。
重点难点:1. 新句型的掌握和运用。
2. by、patient等词语的正确使用
教学过程:
Step1: Daily greeting and free-talk
T: Good afternoon, boys and girls. The summer holiday has gone. I think most of you must have a good time in you vacation. Where did you go and what did you do in your summer holiday? ......you, please.
S: I......
T: I went to Beijing with my friends. We went to many places of interests. And we took a lot of beautiful photos. I will show you some. Look!......
Step2: Leading in
T: Oh, the fun vacation has gone. We have been here for a new start. So, everybody, are you ready? Great! I’m so happy to see your confidence. But, some are not, just like my nephew, Dongdong. This is Dongdong, and George is his English name. Last term, his English was very poor. And now he is still very sad. Do you want to help him?
Step3: Teach them the new sentence structure by showing them some pictures.
T: Let’s look at the picture. The girl is making word cards. So we can say “ —How do you learn English? —I learn English by making word cards.” Read after me, please...... (the following will go like this)
T: You’re so clever. Now, let’s practice like this. (act and answer我用动作表演句子内容,学生猜并且准确表达)
T: Some of you really did a good job, but some are still have questions. We need more practice. Now, let’s practice like this. Ask and answer.(让学生随机表演一问一答。然后指定图片表演问答)
Step4: Have a try. 牛刀小试
T: Have you got the key? Really ? Let’s have a test. It’s very easy. Who want to have a try? Good!You, please.

Step3: 2d. Role-play the conversation.
T: Hey, gays. Look at 2d. Now, you have 2 or 3 minutes to read and practice with your deskmate. Then I’ll ask some of you to show out.

T: After reading, let’s list out the language points. Look!

Step5: Challenge.
