  一、课程分析
  1. 学习内容
  Listening and Grammar本课的课文主要介绍学生进入高中第一天的所见所闻,所学学科,对于第一堂语言课的感受,英语老师和英语课堂,班级和学校。因此在听力中要听到关于语言学习的对话并获取信息,听懂其他材料介绍的学校情况并获取信息,且要听清文中运用的时态语法。
  2. 学习重点
  对所听材料进行理解,分析和综合加工;根据模块问题锻炼通过听力获取信息的技能,加强对语言运用的控制,以及对时态的正确运用。
  3. 学习难点
  运用恰当时态来进行日常对话。
  二、学情分析
  刚进入高一的学生经过一个暑假的休息,很不适应新老师、新环境和新教学方法,更不适应高中全英语教学。虽然很多学生在学习了几年英语后.掌握了很多单词和语言知识,读写能力都有所提高。但遇到听力考试时却成了聋子,遇到与外国人交流时却成了哑巴,这使得英语的学习失去了应有的意义。因此,在日常的英语教学中首先要对听力课给予充分的重视,从培养学生听力技能入手,从教师自己的思想,教学方法、设计中去寻找突破是十分重要的。另外,学生的语法基础薄弱,需要老师对学生学过的知识进行整合。
  三、设计理念
  1. 通过一些听前练习对学过的语言知识进行复习和整合。
  2. 通过对听力材料的理解,掌握学习语言的一些原则,有利于促进学生的学习方法的改进。
  3. 通过任务型教学,让学生运用听说的运用能力以及准确度有所提高,在新环境下进一步树立准确的语言学习观。
  四、学习目标
  1. to have students improve listening skills.
  2. to have students learn some language study skills.
  3. to revise the present tenses
  4. to help the students to learn some forms of one word ,in order to introduce something about word-formation
  五、教学流程
  1.课前准备
  Step1 Pre-listening: (听前活动)
  1. asdents to work in pairs to find the meanings of the words in the box.
  2. complete the chart with the words in the box.

  3. complete the sentences, use the suitable form of each word in the box.(page 5,activity2)

  5. I really don’t know if your answers are correct or not, so let’s listen to the conversation to checr answers ,and you must try your best to get the general idea of the conversation.
  Play the tape for the students, then ask the students to tell you what they have learned from the conversation.
  点评:本步骤是为整个模块学习做好词汇方面的准备和铺垫,目的在于将听力分解,降低听长对话的难度,为听力扫清障碍。
  2. 新课导入
  Step2  Leading-in (新课导入)
  1. Asdents if they have taken part in after-school language classes. What have they learned from the teachers?
  2. Asdents what they think of the after-class languages study.
  3. Now let’s listen to the conversation.
  点评:本步骤是为了导入话题,通过对学生比较熟悉的话题,调动学生的积极性,并且培养学生积极的情感态度。
  3. 新课呈现
  Step 3. While-listening (新课呈现)
  1. most of you have known something about the conversation ,but you didn’t get the details clearly. I will play the tape for you after you read the questions in activity 4. Now please read the questions quickly.
  2. Play the tape for the students and ask them to make some notes which will help them to answer the questions by write down some key words or phrases.
  3. Check answers with the students and write down the difficult points.
  4. Play the tape for the third time , stop when and where necessary, repeat the difficult parts.
  Step 4 post-listening (将听力和听前阅读相结合,以听力促进学生对词汇的巩固)
  1. Listen again and finish the short passage.

  一、课程分析:
  1. 学习内容:
  Reading and cultural corner.
  介绍学生进入高中第一天的所见所闻,所学学科,对于第一堂语言课的感受,英语老师和英语课堂,班级和学校,同时还介绍了国外学生生活和学校体系,在向学生传授语言知识和技能的同时培养学生的情感态度,学习策略和文化意识。
  2. 学习重点:
  对所学材料进行理解,分析和综合加工;根据模块问题锻炼略读和查读技能,加强对思维方向的自觉控制
  3. 学习难点:
  运用恰当词语谈论学习环境和中外教育体系。
  二、学情分析:
  学生刚进入高一学习,还不适应新老师、新环境和新教学方法,更不适应高中全英语教学。另外,本课为高一学年的第一节英语课,学生会出现胆怯害怕不敢开口的情况,因此在上课应多创造语境鼓励学生多开口,多参与,消除紧张害怕的心理。
  三、设计理念:
  1. 通过参与讨论一些与学生生活和学习有关的问题激发学生学习本课文的兴趣。
  2. 让学生通过讨论比较,发现高中生活和初中生活的不同,激发他们热爱新学校,新班级和新同学激情。
  3. 通过中外对比,了解英语国家中学教育的大致情况;并通过对比,思考我国中学教育。
  4. 通过任务型教学,让学生参与各种英语活动,克服困难,在新环境下进一步树立准
  确的语言学习观
  四、学习目标:
  1.  To have the students to introduce their study and their school
  2. To get the students to understand the texts well
  3. To help the students to improve their reading ability
  4. To have the students compare the school systems in China and the US.
  五、教学流程:
  1.课前准备
  Step1 Pre-reading:
  Self-introduction
  This is the first English class in Senior high. You are fresh to the students , so are the students. So it is necessary for you to introduce yourself to the students and get them to introduce them to you and other students.

  1. Asdents to enjoy a short video of their Senior High school. And then ask them the following questions.
  a)  What did you think the Senior High school life would be like before you come here?
  b)  Since you are a Senior High school student now, what differences have you found between Junior High school and Senior High school?
  c)  Are Senior High teachers similar to Junior High teachers?
  2. Now let’s read about Li Kang’s opinion about his new school.

  1. Skim the text and choose the best summary of Li Kang’s opinion about the new school.

  一、课程分析
  1. 学习内容
  本节课的学习内容是Module Two中的Vocabulary and Listening以及Everyday English部分。听力内容是关于一位英语老师和学生之间在课堂上进行的对话,涉及到有关课堂学习的新词汇以及表达偏爱的句型。Everyday English来自听力材料中的一些习语。
  2. 学习重点
  通过本段材料的听力训练使学生能够在对话和语段中识别新学词汇和短语,在听懂原文的基础上获取信息并能运用它们。
  3. 学习难点
  运用所学所听词汇和句型谈论课堂学习。
  二、学情分析
  教学对象为高中一年级学生,他们的认知能力比初中阶段有了进一步的发展,但是还没有很好地形成用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力,因此本节课特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。本模块的话题是学生非常熟悉和感兴趣的,在这个前提下通过适当的引导,使他们在提高听力能力的基础上,能够运用所学知识用英语就他们所熟悉的课堂学习和课程项目展开讨论,使他们的学习自主性得到加强,能够主动参与到活动中去,成为课堂的主体,同时也加强与他人交流合作的能力。不过,本班学生的水平参差不齐,有些差距还相当大。因此在教学过程中,布置的任务要兼顾各个层次的学生,使他们都有所收获。
  三、设计理念
  本着以培养学生的综合语言运用能力而不仅仅局限于听力训练为目标,鼓励学生通过体验、讨论、和探究等方式进行学习,从而激发学生学习本课的兴趣。改变以往教师在课堂教学中“穿新鞋、走老路”的教学方式,发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力,使学生有机会提高联想、思维和归纳等思维活动,用英语思考问题、分析问题和解决问题,获得深刻的、真实的、有效的语言体验。做到知识能力和语言应用能力的整体统一,构建出和谐高效的课堂模式。教学流程由Pre-class, Lead-in, Listen for the general idea, Listen for detailed information, Listen for Everyday English, Group work and Homework组成。
  四、学习目标
  1、知识和能力目标:学生能根据语境学习新单词,在听懂对话的基础上获取信息并运用所学所听词汇和句型谈论课堂学习。
  2、情感目标:加深对老师的热爱和对课堂学习的兴趣,使课堂教学更加高效和谐。
  五、教学流程
  1.课前准备
  Step 1: Pre-class
  Ask the students to collect as many words about school life and classroom study as possible and then exchange in groups.
  点评:学生在学习了本模块的Reading and Vocabulary之后已经掌握了一些描写学校生活和老师的表达,让学生课前搜集关于学校和课堂学习的相关词汇可以为下面的课堂学习作好准备。同时可以培养学生自主学习的习惯,激发学习的积极性。
  2.新课导入
  Step 2: Lead-in
  1. Present some new words (revision, translation, headmaster, headmistress, period, timetable)on the screen. Then let the students listen to what the teacher says carefully and find the meanings of the words according to the context. For example: Usually, when we finish a module, we do some revision, then we start a new module. And we also do revision before an exam. Can you guess the meaning of the word “revision”?
  2. Ask the students to discuss the following questions in English in pairs.
  (1) How much revision do you do before an exam?
  (2) Do you do a lot of translation in your language classes?
  (3) Do you have any free periods in your timetable?
  (4) Is the head of your school a headmaster or a headmistress?
  (5) How much time do you spend in the school library?
  (6) Do you do different topics in your language classes?
  (7) Do you have a choice about which language to study?
  (8) How much vacation do you have?
  (The answers depend on their own.)
  点评:这是任务前阶段,目的是激发兴趣与导入主题。通过给出学生英语语境来学习新单词,不仅加强了听的实践,为下面的听力练习作一些理解上的准备,而且可以培养学生用英语进行思维的习惯,培养学生的猜词能力。随后的问题讨论让学生进一步巩固了对新学词汇的理解,为理解好听力对话扫清了认知障碍。
  Step 3: Listen for the general idea
  1. Tell the students they are going to hear a conversation and before listening, just predict what the conversation is about.
  2. Ask some students to give their predictions.
  3. Play the tape and ask the students to listen to the conversation between an English teacher and his students carefully and get the general idea to test their predictions. Then call back the answer from the class.
  点评:让学生在听前先预测对话内容(因为有了之前的导入部分这个预测应该不会很难),然后带着问题听录音,捕捉文章大意,提高了学生整体理解文章的能力。

  1. Get the students to listen to the conversation again. This time they have to catch the detailed information. Tell them to take notes while listening. Afte
