  教学过程:
  Step1: Lead-in(6mins)(图片和问题导入)
  Show a picture of Parn-hye.
  Questions to consider:
  Is it easy for women to succeed in their careers?
  What prevents women from getting the same chances as men in their careers?
  1).Who is more likely to get an education, especially in a poor family?
  Girls or Boys?
  2).Who has more opportunities to get the job? Men or Women?
  3).Who has the responsibilities to run the house in traditional view?
  Men or Women?
  Ask the students to read the words for twice.

  Step2. Pre-listening
  Present some listening tips.

  Play the tape for students to get the topic sentence of each paragraph and finish the exercises.

  课后反思:
  一、在听力教学中,教师应该在课前认真的备学生,备听力内容,在备课的同时,可通过对课本上“听”的活动进行改编,减少学生听的难度,不同层次的学生都可以轻松地找到答案,可以激发不同学生的积极性。相比之下,自己有时候的随意性很大,备课没有对学生的实际进行详细的分析和预测,学生们听的目的不明确,学生听起来很被动,不少的学生听起来就会有一定的难度,学生的积极性受到打击。
  二、教学设计中每个环节的时间安排与使用效率要处理得当。而自己在进行听说课中时间分配方面有时存在着前松后紧的情况。为了能最大限度的利用好课堂时间,需要我们课前周密的思考、严密、合理的对各个环节所需时间做出设计。
  今后的教学中,我会努力改进自己听说课方面的不足,要让学生明确听力学习的目标任务,对听力材料的内容引起注意,提起兴趣,以最佳状态进入听力活动。准确把握听前活动的设计,结合学生实际,设计既贴近学生生活实际,又满足听力准备的需求,准确定位听力材料的教学重点和难点,引起学生的学习兴趣、调动学生的学习积极性。
