(2)课程标准解读
课标(1)是指根据教师的指令做出相应的反应,能够正确执行命令。
课标(2)是要求学生围绕话题,利用合适的语言表达自己的观点,并能正确获取来自于其他成员的信息,表达自己的意见,听取别人的意见,最后达成任务的完成。
课标(3)是指学生可以根据自己的阅读任务有所侧重的进行阅读,并利用各种阅读技巧选取主要信息进行处理。
课标(4)能根据阅读目的使用不同的阅读策略,不同的阅读任务会对学生提出不同的要求,即学生读的目的性就不同。这就要求学生根据任务确定目的,然后采取相应的阅读技巧。
课标(5)“能用文字及图表提供的信息”是指利用阅读中提供的关键信息,如关键词,关键短语等,写出符合要求的句子,段落和简单文章并对其进行一般性的评论,描写等。
课标(6)运用所学词汇对本单元进行话题描述。(如本单元中介绍地理位置的相关词汇)
课标(7)是指学生可以独立地或是通过小组合作的方式采用一些手段来分析和解决一些问题,来培养和发展这些推理和归纳等学习策略。(比如本课中对四个城市的图表归纳总结。)
课标(8)对于语言学习来说,交际能力是语言学习的重要目标之一,而交际策略则是形成有效交际能力的保证。“积极用英语与同学交流”是学生学习一个重要而有效的手段。
2 教材分析
本课是高中英语第三册模块一Reading And Vocabulary部分,是继第一册第四单元A Lively City之后的又一篇介绍城市的文章,不过,本单元较前面单元看,侧重点不同,教材以介绍欧洲一些国家所在地、首都、著名城市和文艺建筑、文化和语言概况为话题。主要是使学生通过阅读课文了解描述地理位置的表达法,掌握一些著名建筑的名称,进一步了解欧洲概况,从而能流利地对感兴趣的某一城市进行介绍,说出其地理位置、著名建筑、文化、及其他特色。本课从听说读写等方面围绕话题展开,为学生提供了充足的体验和运用语言的机会。
3 学情分析
高一学生在初中阶段学习了解了英国的地理位置及其城市特色和著名建筑,因此对这一话题并不陌生。学生基本知道一些相关的简单词汇及表达法。而且通过历史和地理学科的学习,学生大多了解了欧洲的基本概况,因此能理解课文及相关资料。随着生活水平的提高学生也会有更多的机会出国旅游或学习,他们渴望了解更多的相关信息,所以他们对本课的内容是很感兴趣的。
不过,本篇课文中一共介绍了四个城市,每一章节内容都比较简单,对文章只能有一个简单的了解,所以根据教学内容的实际需要,教师还要利用一些图片和相关的资源来拓展学生的阅读,为学生完成介绍某一城市提供必要的文字资源。
二、 教学目标与难点
教学目标
1 掌握介绍欧洲城市相关的一些词汇,比如相关的首都,城市,名胜古迹和建筑名称。
2能够运用所学介绍地理位置的词汇熟练地介绍某一城市的概况。
3意识到文化交流的重要性,激发学习英语的兴趣和热情。进一步加深对自己祖国的热爱。
教学难点
能够准确读出欧洲国家、城市、著名建筑等的名称。
三、评价设计
评价方案一 针对老师设计的问题,能否积极思考,并通过推理归纳等逻辑手段分析和解决问题,从而逐步有效地从文章中获取有效的信息回答问题。能否主动通过讨论,正确分析并理解在阅读过程中遇到的长难句。与他人分享学习成果。
