　　1. Lead in Ss watch the video and answer the question. To lead into the topic.
　　2. Fast reading Ss read through the letter and finish Ex 1. To have Ss get the general ideas.
　　3.Careful reading Ss read the letter for the second time and get the detailed information. To get the detailed information.
　　4. Jigsaw reading 4.1 Ss work in groups and each group reads one of  the five paragraphs respectively.
　　4.2 each group report their discussions.
　　4.3. Ss work in groups to check the titles and rearrange the five parts in the right order in their new groups. To cultivate Ss to work with others and get to know the culture shock
