　　Many people are like garbage(rubbish) trucks.They run around full of garbage，full of frustration，full of anger，and full of disappointment.As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it.And if you let them，they'll dump it on you.When someone wants to dump on you, don't take it personally.You just smile，wave, wish them well, and move on.You'll be happy with what you did.
　　I started thinking, how often do I let Garbage Trucn right over me? And how often do I take their garbage and spread it to other people at work，at home，or on the streets? It was that day I said，“I'm not going to do anymore.”
　　Successful people do not let Garbage Trucks take over their day.What about you？If you let more garbage trucks pass you by，you'll be happier.Life's too short to wap in the morning with regrets.So，love the people who treat you right.Forget about the ones who don't.

　　Humor is a most effective, yet frequently neglected(忽略)，means of handling the difficult situations in our lives.It can be used for patching up differences, apologizing, saying “no”，criticizing, getting the other fellow to do what you want without his losing face.For some jobs, it's the only tool that can succeed.It is a way to discuss subjects so sensitive that serious dialog may start a quarrel.For example, many believe that comedians(喜剧演员) on television are doing more today for racial and religious tolerance(忍受力) than people in any other forum.

　　For this reason，some special education teachers have found it helpful to set their lessons to music.When students cannot understand or remember certain things，singing them helps make it easier.
　　Nature magazine reported “Music training helps underachievers.In Rhode Island，researchers studied eight public school first grade classes.Half of the classes became ‘text-arts’ groups，receiving ongoing music training.After seven months，the students were given a test.The tested group had caught up with their fellow students in reading and surpassed(超过) their classmates in math by 22 percent.In the second year of the project，the tested students widened this even further.Students were also tested on attitude and behavior.Classroom teachers also noted improvement in these areas.”
