　　教学目标
　　1.知识与技能
　　指导学生学会利用跳读和扫读获取一篇文章的中心思想和重点信息，理解“自行车是绿色出行方式”的理念，分析课文的逻辑结构，并能根据提示复述文章核心内容，最终学会根据课文的逻辑思路找出北京推行共享单车的问题及解决办法。
　　2.语言目标
　　从单元内容上看每课都是从不同角度上围绕Wheels这一主题来设计的，但所侧重的方面却不一样。从语言上看，本文是对Wheels这个话题相关语言和内容的进一步深化。通过阅读学习重点词汇表达，并能够使用这些词汇准确地阐述自己的观点。
　　3.过程与方法
　　学生通过阅读获取文章主要信息；通过复述课文巩固核心内容并对文章理解、内化；以课堂小组讨论形式来解决生活中实际问题，以此作为对课文内容的应用。
　　4.情感、态度及价值观
　　引导学生用正确、积极的态度对待遇到的问题，并能够积极投身于解决社会问题的讨论中，提高学生的社会责任感。
