【教学方法】
本篇课文介绍了北京市公交系统以及相关的车辆的情况,并且引入了交通和出行有关的词汇以及相关表达。本节课设计为一节写作课。
本节课最大的特点就是将原本北京交通方式零散的介绍,通过任务的设置,整合为一篇完整的语篇。另外,通过任务的解读和完成,让学生懂得解决问题的过程:发现问题-分析问题-解决问题;同时,学生在完成任务的过程中,又可以将课文的内容深入的吸收。同时在有效的信息整合之下,学生可以尝试将课文学习所学的相关内容进行合理地运用。
【教学过程】
步骤一:leading--in
Several pictures are shown to introduce the topic and get to know the beauty of Beijing. And the teacher asked the students to use some proper adjectives to describe the impression of Beijing.
【教学设计】:对学生们来说,我们的首都北京算是既熟悉又陌生的。熟悉的是它的名称,陌生的是北京生活的细节。通过图片的展示,学生们了解了他们甚是熟悉的几个北京地标性建筑用英语如何表达,同时视觉的冲击激起了他们深入了解北京信息的欲望。教师要求学生用合适的形容词表达他们对北京的印象,调动了他们参与课堂活动的积极性。
【评价设计】:在课堂活动的暖身环节中,吸引学生的兴趣调动学生的积极性是重要的。在这一环节中,只要学生能够猜出图片展示的景点名称,即便是表达有误也不错。至于用合适的形容词表达对北京的印象,学生只要用了自己认为合适的词汇就是很棒的。
