教材分析
本单元的中心话题是学习询问和描述一种食物的制作过程。本节课是本单元的第一课时,以“怎样制作香蕉奶昔”为话题展开。要求学生能够正确描述制作步骤并依照指示语完成步骤;能够掌握并应用祈使句;能正确区分可数名词和不可数名词;能熟练运用how much 和how many 提问问题;能正确使用表示序列的副词。
学情分析
许多学生对奶昔的制作知识生疏,生活中缺乏对西餐的了解,好奇心强,求知欲望高,所以,在英语教学中应给学生提供更多的学习机会,搜集一些相关图片,让学生有更多的机会去了解西餐,了解奶昔的制作过程。
教学目标
《英语课程标准》强调课程从学生的学习兴趣,生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度,主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。
1.知识与技能目标
(1)能够听、说、认读本课的新单词及词组(shake, blender, peel, pour, yogurt, honey, watermelon, spoon, pot, add, finally, salt, milk sharn on)
(2)让学生掌握祈使句和基本句型How do you make a banana milk shake ? How many/How much…? First,…. Next…Then,…. Finally,… .并学会描述制作奶昔的过程。
(3) 可数名词与不可数名词的用法。
2.过程与方法目标
通过任务型对话练习,让学生掌握制作奶昔的过程,并且培养他们的合作意识。
3.情感态度价值观目标
通过对食品制作方法的学习,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生热爱劳动的习惯。
教学重点和难点
重点:
