  1. Show some pictures about places of interests in China to the students, Then present the new words to the students.
  2. Ask the students what are their favourite places.
  Step3.Listening
  1. Tell the students that the Class 1, Grade 8 students are talking about the kinds of places they like best. Listen and tick, complete A1 on P29.
  2. Show some pictures again. Ask:Which cities do you think of when we talt...? Do you know which season is the best season to go there? Listen to the tape, complete A2 onP29
