教材分析:
本节课Healthy eating是本单元的第九课时。本节课呈现了一张营养价值表,学生能清晰地了解各种食物的营养价值,并通过模仿健康俱乐部成员Millie 的文章来学写关于健康饮食的文章。
学生情况分析:
学生通过前几课时的学习,已经能写出自己的日常饮食的文章,但是要根据本课的营养价值表,以及本课时出现的一些新的句型结构来写文章,可能还需要教师的指导。
教学目标:
1. 了解并看懂营养价值表
2. 掌握并运用本课的单词、词组及句型:soup peanut without getting fat help me start the day give me energy for… be good for need…to stay healthy It is important to do….
3. 学习Millie的文章Healthy eating,并说出文章的结构
4. 学会制定写作提纲并完成写作任务
5. 通过学习,进一步认识到健康的生活习惯以及健康的饮食习惯的重要性
教学重点:
1. 教会学生运用本课时的单词、词组及句型:soup peanut without getting fat help me start the day give me energy for… be good for need…to stay healthy It is important to do….
2. 教会学生梳理文章结构并写出文章
教学难点:梳理文章结构,运用本课时的单词词组句型写出文章
教学过程:
Step 1: Pre-writing
1. Introduce myself to the students to present the new word and phrase(without, without doing)
2. Play a guessing game to present the new words.(soup, peanut)
3. Show some pictures and the information of some food to present the new words , phrases and the sentence structures(calorie, vitamin, give me energy for, need…to stay healthy, It is important to…)
Step 2 : While-writing
1. Asdents to listen to Millie’s article and then answer the questions.
2. Asdents to read Millie’s article and then fill in the blanks
3. Asdents to make a dialogue in pairs about what to eat for breanch/dinner and the reasons by using the information on page 71.
4. Asdents to show their dialogues to all the other students.
5. Asdents to say the outline of the article
6. Asdents to write their own outline.
7. Asdents to write their own article
Step 3 : Post- writing
1. Before checking, asdents to learn how to correct the mistakes.
2. Give an example about how to correct the mistakes.
3. Asdents to correct each other’s mistakes.
